First, great frame, it raises a lot the value of the shot.
I like the photo more and more as i'm looking at it! The colours and the separating lines coudn't be better!

the photo lacks something to me. I don't know what exactly should I focus my eyes on. My eyes try to lead the curb line and it might have been a good thing if the background composition was somehow more eyecatchy. The choice of apperture and shutter seems excellent so technicaly the shot is good it only lacks a subject or a more original angle. +6/10

not that i dont like it but the angle is weird, i dont like the crop and the horizon.
